Position Purpose:
Success Systems® is adding depth, leadership and scale to our current staff of 8. As Director of Development, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and you will wear several hats. You core role will be in the development arena, however you will also be responsible in assisting in the design, architecture of current and road map products along with assisting in the oversight and management of the development staff. This is an opportunity to develop large-scale systems for Real-Time convenience, petroleum, liquor and grocery applications. These applications include back office, loyalty, BI, e-commerce. As the Director of Development, you will participate in all phases of a multi-tier software development life cycle analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:

- Grow with new products and feature sets as they are brought online.
- Assist in the management and mentoring of other developers
- Design, Develop and implement new software features, web pages, APIs, and backend modules.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
- Develop unit tests and maintain source control using Git, Source Control or Team Foundation.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Ensure processes are followed at all stages of Software Development Life Cycle. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues, working as part of an agile/scrum teams.
- Work as part of a team of developers, QA, support staff, and engineers in a highly collaborative fashion.
- Translate high level UML/Use Case into objects and structures;
- Participate in scrum meetings and project review meetings
- Help translate customer needs into business value
- Create Unit Tests
Job Requirements (including Education):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years -demonstrated experience in software development in Microsoft .NET, C#/VB.NET, .NET MVC WebForms, and using and creating web-based APIs
- Knowledge of .net 4.0 - .net core 2-6
- 3+ year - Demonstrated experience with source control management using Git or Other Source Control.
- 4+ years - Database MS SQL Server Skilled at writing T-SQL & Stored Procedures
- Experience working on agile development teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, preferably Scrum.
- 5+ years JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 3+ years Xamarin Forms
- Knowledge of Software Orient architecture
- Highly Skilled in SQL Server 2008-2019
- 4+ Years of Unit Testing with NUnit or MSTest or MSTest2

Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for developing new leads from existing database and growing existing business clients. The Sales Representative will sell a wide range of back office solutions and services. Will be required to generate leads, implement consultative selling solution strategies, generate proposals and manage client relationships. Will handle outbound calls to small and medium sized businesses to prequalify and sell our products and services. Must maintain an understanding of the company’s products and services, our industry and their client’s needs. We are looking for motivated, driven individuals with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment as well as be a self-starter. Candidates must be tenacious in the execution of the sales plan and must have the ability to exceed sales goals and performance measurements.

Technical Support Level 1
Success Systems® is looking for an individual with strong communication,
and technical skills to join our Technical Support Team. The
Technical Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and
addressing issues brought to our attention by our customer base.
The issues include troubleshooting product-specific issues, both
software and hardware related, as well as the training and enrichment
of our customer base.
- Experience installing, configuring and supporting software remotely.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in
person and over the phone. - A technical skillset enabling the troubleshooting of network, PC, OS,
and other common issues. - Experience with using a support ticketing system.
- Must work in our office located in Norwalk, CT.
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations on occasion
- Knowledge of SQL queries (while not required is a huge plus).

Product Administrator
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to
join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked
with maintaining orders, installations, and customer experience all
involving our Smokin' Rebates® product line. However, you will be
tasked with a variety of administrative tasks such as answering
calls, organizing and responding to e-mail, processing orders, and
scheduling installations. You will provide office support and coordinate
office activities. Therefore you must exhibit dependability, a
professional attitude, a positive outlook, and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand and coordinate the many facets of our Smokin Rebates®
software to ensure the best possible customer experience. - Monitor and maintain installation schedules, responses to incoming
product e-mails, data questions, and requests. - Create, update, and maintain customer records.
- Support sales organization with sending and receiving orders.
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business,
administration, related field, or prior experience preferred. - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Windows
10, and scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
